Practice Profile

Vincent joined Chambers after completing his pupillage with Mr Jason Pow SC, Mr Jonathan Chang (now Mr Jonathan Chang SC), Ms Priscilia Lam (now Ms Priscilia Lam SC) and Mr Charles J Chan (now Mr Charles Chan SC). He is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He has appeared in civil matters at different levels of court, from the District Court to the Court of Appeal, and in criminal matters from the Magistrates’ Court to the Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Chambers, Vincent obtained his Integrated BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and his Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong in 2018. He graduated with Distinction and ranked first among those in his cohort intending to practise at the Hong Kong Bar.

Vincent previously served as a Judge’s Marshall in the Magistrates’ Court, District Court and Court of First Instance.
