Practice Profile

Herbert has a broad civil practice. In the recent years he has been focusing on matters of
wills and probate (including contentious and non-contentious business), trust, estate/trust
administration and mental health. He also accepts instructions for other civil disputes
such as negligence claims including professional negligence, commercial, family and land
disputes and defamation claims.

Herbert is on the Legal Aid panel for civil matters. He has appeared in all levels of Courts
in Hong Kong. He also has experience in conducting domestic and international
arbitrations.
