Priscilia was called to the bar in 2000. She practices in all areas of law with a main emphasis on criminal litigation at all level of courts, as well as regulatory and disciplinary cases. She has acted for the prosecution and defence in a wide spectrum of criminal cases including public order event cases (acting for one defendant in the 7 police officers case and prosecuting in the Mong Kok riot etc.), commercial crime, money laundering, corruption (acted for a defendant who was extradited from overseas to Hong Kong for corruption charges), fraud, trade description offences. She also has considerable experience in handling SFC and disciplinary matters (appeared in Nursing Disciplinary Board, Education Board, Engineering Board etc).
Priscilia is an experienced mediator and she had been appointed as a mediator in a variety of cases including personal injury, medical negligence, contractual and employment disputes. She had also appeared in as advocate in arbitral hearings, as well as having been appointed as the sole arbitrator in an arbitration proceeding.
