Practice Profile

Jason was called to the bar in 1986. From 1986 to 1993, he was engaged in a mixed Criminal and General Civil practice, until 1994, when his practice became exclusively Civil. He embarked on his libel practice around 1996 and gained a reputation in this specialised area. In parallel, he continued his Commercial and General Civil practice. In 2005, Jason was elevated to the Inner Bar, Since then, his practice has been predominantly on Libel, Commercial, Property, Probate and Chancery.
